The amount sugar in Léonce Blanc purees is adapted to obtain a consistent brix and an adequate texture for your recipes while retaining the fruit’s natural assets: from a minimum brix for citrus fruits which are not naturally very sweet, to a higher brix in line with sweeter fruits such as mangoes.
