Léonce Blanc coulis are produced after studying the qualities of each fruit in order to obtain the ideal texture: slightly thicker than the purees to guarantee that the good taste and texture of the fruit comes through with each use.

Two types of packaging to meet the expectations of all types of professional users:

  • Frozen in bottles of 250g or 500g for a precise and economical dosage.
  • Ambient in 1kg Doy packs. Easy to store and resealable to better manage consumption.
