Ingredients
(pour 2 glass)
- Léonce Blanc mango purée 200 ml / 6.76 oz
- Léonce Blanc lime purée 50 ml / 1.69 oz
- Mint leaves 5 or 6
- Sugar cane syrup 45 ml / 1.52 oz
- Sparkling water 320 ml / 10.80 oz
- Ice or crushed ice
Utensils
- Tumbler
POUR the Léonce Blanc mango purée into two tumblers. ADD a few whole mint leaves and the sugar syrup.
COVER with sparkling water. MIX the mango and the mint (and the sugar) together. ADD the lime juice, sparkling water and ice cubes.
Decorate with straws, sprigs of mint and lime slices.
