Ingredients :
- Prosecco, sparkling wine or Champagne 10 cl.
- Léonce Blanc white peach purée 5 cl.
Preparation :
FILL a very cold mixing glass with ice, then empty and turn upside down to remove any water. Carefully POUR in the Prosecco then the white peach purée.
STIR very gently to retain the bubbles.
Presentation :
Serve in a chilled flute or cup.
