Ingredients
(for 2 glasses)
- Water
- Crushed ice
- Sugar 5 g
- Léonce Blanc lemon purée 30 ml / 1.01 oz
- Léonce Blanc strawberry purée 30 ml / 1.01 oz
- Lemon zest 10 ml / 0.34 oz
- Slice of lemon (presentation) 1
Utensils
- Saucepan
- Shaker
- Margarita glass
DISSOLVE the sugar in water in the saucepan. LEAVE to cool at room temperature.
ADD the lemon purée, strawberry purée and lemon zest. LEAVE to rest in the fridge.
In a shaker, COMBINE the lemonade and the ice cubes.
POUR into a glass and ADD a slice of lemon.
